This course is SO SMART! Breaking everything down is so enabling. I am really enjoying the build-up and strengthening for each movement. I get to understand what I’m doing. It’s a great way to do these exercises safely, I notice my limits at each stage so I can execute the final exercise smoothly.
Showing all the different levels within each stage itself is super helpful and encouraging.
The repeat warm-up in this series is a real advantage. I love feeling that sense of progress as each day I feel my core strength and ability increasing.
Your reminders throughout are so helpful: whether it’s to straighten the spine, or breathe, or lengthen the neck etc. I really feel like i’m learning, not just exercising.
