Believe me, I get it.

I’m a busy mom with 4 kids and a full-time job. After a few pregnancies, I felt like I was falling apart. I felt weak, stiff and totally disconnected from my body. I also had terrible back pain that nothing could alleviate. Conventional exercise only seemed to make it worse.

Then I discovered Pilates.

Pilates rehabilitated my core, strengthened my entire body and gave me the flexibility and posture that I never had. Now in my 40’s, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been!

I decided to train as a Pilates instructor and started teaching classes. I’m also a nurse, and my medical background gave me a strong foundation of anatomy and muscle movement. I combined that with years of Pilates experience to develop a unique approach to fitness and core rehabilitation. My Pilates method is rehabilitative, energizing, challenging and enjoyable. And I’m excited to share it with you!
