All you’ll need is a thick, non-slip mat
(you can also lay a plush towel over a yoga mat).
As with starting any new exercise regimen, be sure to consult with your physician before participating.
In this 35-minute “Happy Joints” class, you’ll get a full-body workout, without putting any strain on the knees, wrists, shoulders, and neck. The class is slow in pace and heavy on the instruction- so it’s ideal for total Pilates beginners. As the class progresses, the exercises do get a bit more challenging- but I offer modification options so you can adjust the intensity level as desired.
