Welcome to my 5-Day “Back to Basics” Pilates Challenge! 

This challenge is all about laying the groundwork for a strong Pilates practice.  So we’re going back to the very beginning! 

Throughout the 5-day challenge, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively recruit your deeper core muscles.

There are lots of modifications along the way, so feel free to go at your own pace and desired level of intensity.   

Most of all, be sure to take your time and do what feels good on your body! I hope these movements bring you joy and offer you a little taste of what Pilates can do for you!
